Stamens are said to be diadelphous when these are united in two bundles e.g. Pea. China rose has monoadelphous stamens while, Citrus has polyadelphous stamens. Monoadelphous stamens are grouped in single bundle whereas polyadelphous stamens occur in more than two bundles.
